Product sourcing service


As an importer, Tanner Trading has developed great relationships with many suppliers in many Asian countries. We have over five years of experiences in sourcing, shipping, and custom handling. We can help you both effectively and efficiently in term of time and cost saving. If you are willing to import something from overseas, and you don't have any information about who are the manufacturers, what is the factory price, how much does it cost to ship it here, or is that product allowed to be imported, and etc. We are here to help you through.

3 service processes:
1.  Consolation of products (free of charge)
  In this service we simply translate and send your requirements to our overseas agency. From there we will able to tell you if the product that your looking for is either available or too difficult to carry on.

Please email istanner@xtra.co.nz the detailed descriptions of the product that you are looking for, the more detailed the description you wrote the faster and accurate the response that you will get. Consolation of products may take up from 3 to 7 working days.

Below are the details that you should describe:
  •  Relevant information (e.g. pictures or website).
  •  The acceptable price or the market price that you will be competing with.
  •  The quantity that you willing to buy.

    2.  Application of service (NZ$500 fee charged, non-refundable)
      In this process we will email you to confirm that we able to help you or not. If you are satisfied and planning to continue the process, we will contact and negotiate with the manufacturer at an agreed price. It may take up from 3 to 7 working days.
       
    3.  Confirmation and delivery
      After the negotiation process, we will provide you with the total cost of the products that you are going to import, and the shipping date.

    We, as an agent, will secure the risk of importing. You will have to pay the full amount before shipping products. There will be another 5% of the good's value as our service fee (please note that the profit can be added up to 400%, the 5% of fee goes to our overseas agent for labour, short term transportation, and fuel spent).

        Our service fee is reasonably small. We only charge you when the product is available for us to manage.
    You don't have to fly overseas or spending days on your computer and ended up empty handed.

    •      		 Custom and regulation assistant.
        While the regulation to import to New Zealand is very straight forward, we can help you calculate the marginal cost for absolutely free.

    •      		 Custom declaration and freight forwarder.
        You may loose your profits as wrong custom declaration can turn out ugly.

    •      		 Make your own decision.
        The aim of our service is to provide you with the top quality service, that is why we only take a few number of customers at a time. We provide you with suggestions only since you are the one who will make the decision to purchase the items that you are looking for.
